Who I Am
I’ve always been a creative person — someone who enjoys turning ideas into something clear, polished, and useful. Over the years, I’ve built a career helping organizations communicate through thoughtful design, strong writing, strategic marketing, and practical communications support.
Writing has always been my first love. I earned a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Public Relations from the University of Georgia and a master’s in Technical and Professional Writing from Middle Georgia State University. My background includes work in healthcare, public health, higher education, construction, tourism, and small business settings, giving me a broad understanding of how to shape messages for different audiences and goals.
Through TPoole Communication & Design, I help small businesses, nonprofits, community organizations, and solopreneurs communicate with confidence. Whether I’m developing a feature story, refreshing website copy, designing marketing materials, or helping strengthen a grant narrative, my goal is always the same: to make the message clear, engaging, and true to the work behind it.
